Binding format and presentation notes:

• The issues comprising vols. I-II, vols. III-IV, vols. V-VI, vols. VIII-VIII, and vols. IX-X, are each bound together in one of five matching two-year physical volumes (without the original separate issue covers) in quarter cloth with paper-covered boards (worn at edges and outer corners of boards).
• The first four issues of Volume XI are bound together with spares of issues 5-12 of the same in a single-year volume without their original separate issue covers.
• The complete sets of issues comprising Vols. XVIII and XIX are bound together without original issue covers in two separate (worn) cloth vols.
• All issues of Vol. XXV bound together without original separate issue covers in custom card covers with cloth-tape spine (title identification and library classification mark crudely inked to spine).
