[1] Month datings from 1. Jahrgang 9. Heft onwards for this journal are mostly approximate estimates based on available evidence and inference, since none is expressly stated, except for the third-to-last and second-to-last issues that carry printing dates to the insides of the rear cover

[2] There is no obvious explanation for the lack of pages numbered 73-8. The article ending on p. 72 is followed by a particular type of printed spacer that appears at the end of the feature content of both previous issues as well as the following one, suggesting that it is where this issue essentially ends. Further, there is nothing in the volume index to indicate any expectation of content between pp. 73-8. Perhaps there were six pages of advertisements in the original issue, that the owner of this copy decided not to retain at the time of having the set bound up, or perhaps a 24-page issue was envisioned only for this not to have been realised.

[3] A previous owner has cut out most of the upper half

[4] The title page labels this issue 1911, but it was printed on 19. März 1912, as shown by the notice to the foot of the inside of the rear cover. It is presumed that it was meant to be published in December 1911 but was delayed considerably. Publication had first moved from monthly to bimonthly, but by now was thoroughly erratic
