As of June 15th 2025 at 3 p.m., the Astrolearn website is now on dedicated server hosting for the first time and should be faster than ever and much more reliably online than previously.
The past few weeks have seen the previous VPS hosting package progressively become totally unreliable for no apparent reason that could be traced by the hosting company, with what were occasional outages turning to the website being almost constantly offline in recent days. This has been a nightmare to navigate, and the only viable solution seemed to be to change hosting. Even migrating to new hosting was difficult when the old server kept going offline, but my elder brother David Graves of GWS Media Ltd. has now succeeded in moving the site to a dedicated server, so these issues should be in the past.
It is just possible that the new hosting will lead to email deliverability issues initially. If you place an order but do not receive a confirmation email and it is not in your spam folder either, please email me immediately on [email protected]. I should be able to access the order details in any case and will be glad to help you access your purchases as usual. Please allow up to 48 hours for a full response as I’m sometimes away for work, but I aim to respond faster than this.
