The first edition of this book is always undated in print Original full blue cloth in good overall condition, with moderate wear to extremities of spine and outer corners of boards. Gilt titling to spine mostly still bright, though ‘RIDER’ publisher title has faded somewhat. Front inner paper hinge cracked, and rear equivalent partly internally cracked, but webbing holding in both cases. Light foxing to page-edges and to first few and last few leaves. A clean, unmarked copy internally of this original edition
