Edited by Vivia Jayne. This edition appeared in two bindings, one being green textured card covers and the other, as here, comb-bound. There are no records to indicate which of the two came first. Original large-format card covers in vgc+ condition. Front cover with light creasing down inner margin, small ink mark to outer margin and tiny stain to lower margin; rear cover with small patch of wear to extreme upper inner corner, one small crease to upper margin and a few small spots of staining to upper margin. Bound by plastic comb threaded through holes punched in inner margins. Comb intact and complete. Internally near-fine, with minor plain-pencilled bookseller note to upper margin of title page but no permanent markings or other faults found. Overall, an excellent copy of this rare book. Collates complete. Our last remaining unsold original copy of any edition of this book – the first two copies sold fast.
