Original full orange cloth in near-fine condition, with light rubbing to feet of spine hinges and tips of lower outer corners of boards. In near-fine dj with 7mm tear to foot of front spine hinge, mild sun-fading to spine, and minor traces of slight staining to front and rear panels. Light foxing to page-edges and a few early and late page-margins. Traces of mostly erased plain-pencilled bookseller notes to ffep, but no permanent previous owner markings or other faults found.
