After the original printing of 1963 and second of 1964

Original full green cloth in vgc+ condition, with light rubbing to exremities of spine hinges and tips of outer corners. Gilt titling to front board and spine still fairly strong and bright. Ffep with two personal addresses in identical blue italic print to upper margin. Internally, quite a well-studied copy, as shown by inked annotations in either dark or red ink, and some inked underlinings, to a fair smattering of pages. Still a perfectly good reading and study copy that remains solidly bound and in attractive condition on the outside.
