The silver titling to the front board and spine is still strong and bright. In good- dj, which has lost a substantial piece of the lower margin of the rear panel but is otherwise in fairly good order, with light chipping to top of spine, top of rear flap-fold and part of top of front panel, and a few shortish tears to top edges of front and rear panels. Dj conserved in mylar to prevent further losses. Turquoise endpapers have some internal creasing. Occasional small black ink marks in print that are artefacts of the production process, and possible fingerprint or thumb stains towards lower margins of pp. 145 and 169, but a generally very clean and solidly bound copy, with no deliberate previous owner markings or other faults found. |
