It is not clear whether the paperback was truly published in the same year or just retained the same date internally | Original card covers in vgc+ condition, with light creasing down inner margin of front cover, tiny 1mm nick to bottom edge of front cover, crease across upper margin of rear cover, light dark-staining to lower margin of same; and former owner’s faded blue address stamp to upper outer margin of rear cover, with possible severely faded trace of another to upper inner margin of front cover. Internally, the address stamp recurs to the upper margins of the half-title page, title page and dedication page and pp. vii, 236 and [238] (which is a blank). It is also to the lower margin of p. 240. No other markings or faults found. A scarce book outside the USA. |
