Stated First Edition. | Original outwardly glossy card covers in fair condition, with scuffing and short tear to lower outer corner of front cover, a couple of short tears to inner margin of rear cover, dark staining to part of spine and part of rear cover, mostly moderate rubbing along spine hinges, and scattered light-to-moderate edge-wear. Top 3 inches of rear inner paper hinge discreetly repaired with archival tissue – I would suggest handling the spine and rear cover with care to avoid aggravating this. Inside of rear cover somewhat stained, with traces to upper margin of facing final page of advertisements. Otherwise internally fine, with no previous owner markings or other faults found. Overall, a good copy for its age. It doesn’t look pretty on the outside, but on the inside it’s very clean except at the very end. A scarce book in high demand; condition factored into price. |
