hb/dj Jones, Marc Edmund Problem Solving by Horary Astrology 1st David McKay, Washington Square, Philadelphia 1943 £150 The true first edition, first impression of this book Original full green cloth in vgc+ condition, with light rubbing to extremities of spine and outer corners of boards. Gilt titling to front board and spine intact. Green dye to top edge of page block moderately faded but still present. In good+ original pictorial dj, which has moderate rubbing along front spine hinge, one smallish chip lost from upper outer corner of front panel, light chipping to extremities of spine hinges, small chip lost from upper outer corner of rear panel, and very slight chipping to feet of flap-folds. Upper outer corner of p. 233 with corrected dog ear and slight halo of diagonal dust-staining. No previous owner markings or other faults found. Overall, an excellent copy of the first edition, in good+ dj.
