The definitive edition, greatly expanded from the author’s self-published first edition of the 1920s Original thin turquoise covers in near-fine structural condition, with tiny pin-prick hole to spine paper in one place; cosmetic condition is very good for age, with trace of rust-staining to outer margin of front cover as though from contact with another set of staples, and moderate peripheral browning and colour-fading. Staples through inner margins remain sound. Internally also near-fine, with no previous owner markings found and only minimal occasional traces of marginal ink-staining. Overall, an excellent copy of the rare definitive 2nd edition of this influential work.
