Vgc-, with 1 cm tear to foot of spine and a few very short tears to top edges of covers at inner margins when they overhang the underlying pages; approx. 3 cm * 3 cm area of faint liquid staining to upper outer corner of front cover, with diminishing traces showing to upper outer corners of first three internal leaves, and with a narrow strip continuing along top edge of front cover and connecting with a trace to the top 2 cm of spine. There is also a trace of blue print staining to upper margins of both covers, apparently as printed. No internal markings or other faults found. Rare!
