hb Knappich, Wilhelm Geschichte der Astrologie 1st Vittorio Klostermann, Frankfurt am Main 1967 £10 396 pages Original full cloth in good+ condition, with wear to cloth at foot of spine, lower outer corners of boards, and parts of bottom edge of rear board. Top-edge of page block dyed pale green, as issued. Original title label to spine intact. Internally, many previous owner’s marginal circular orange stickers. Also, red-inked marginal dots and lines to pp. 98-103; 164-7; 225-7; 244; 267; and others that have been subsequently covered over with orange stickers. Date underlined in red to p. 273; a few names partly underlined in red to pp. 302-5 and p. 361, and one added in margin of p. 302. Margins apart, the text is almost all unmarked. I spotted one year underlined in red ink to p. 273. Still an acceptable reading and study copy of the scarce first edition
