  • Décembre 1947 as A5 or smaller pamphlet in paper covers
  • Avril 1948 as single A4 sheet without covers
  • All issues from Février 1950 to Décembre 1950 as gatherings of large-format sheets bound by staples through inner margins, printed on both sides in typescript, without covers or spines.[5]
  • All issues from 7e Année No. 1 to 10e Année No. 14 as original separate small-format staplebound pamphlets. Those spanning Oct. 1952 to Oct. 1953 are in paper covers with their contents extending from the reverse of the front cover through to the last page of the rear cover; all the later ones are in card covers.
  • Issues 9, 10, 11 and 14 exhibit noticeable traces of vertical creasing down middle of covers and internal pages

[1] The address of the editor, André Barbault

[2] This official address for the C.I.A. is only expressly stated in advertising towards or at the back of the volume from issues 2 to 12 inclusive, and never in the credits at the start of any issue

[3] The address of the Président of the C.I.A., M. Armould de Grémilly. Here it takes pride of place before the editor’s address in the credits on the first inner page of each of these two issues. (It is also given in all the earlier issues but as a lesser credit listed in a paragraph appearing below that of the editor, Barbault.)

[3a] Complete thus. Printed in fine dual-columned print on a single side of a twice-folded A4 sheet. The editor indicates that the cost of printing had prevented it being longer at that point in time

[4] NB: Apparently the first issue under the revised title, and the first one properly printed and bound; but 7e seemingly refers to the then-current year’s position among the years of the original monthly bulletin, or possibly the years of the existence of the C.I.A. if it cannot safely be presumed that the bulletin had existed in the beginning. The issue-numbering system ultimately ceased to be reset at the start of each year hereafter (although it was temporarily reset for the Oct. 1953 issue), becoming cumulative for all issues under the new title

[5] The circulation of all such issues can be reasonably presumed to have been very small, limited to the members. In view of the impermanent handout format, it is hardly surprising that few have survived at all
