Binding format and presentation notes:

  • All issues held bound together in custom paper wrappers (heavily chipped along bottom edge of front cover and foot of spine; 6 cm tear down top of spine and inner margin of front cover; further smallish chip lost from outer edge of rear cover). Internally string-bound (leaves 2 and 3 of first issue detached from binding but present).
  • Issues bound without original covers, except front cover of issue 1 (chipped at bottom edge and lower outer corner).
  • All issues printed on single-sided leaves of typescript
