Internally, various pages have highlighting in different colours. This is concentrated in the early pages: 1-5, 8-15, 17-26, 28-29 and 33, with some also found at pp. 41, 54-5, 74-80, 86, 101-2, 104-5, and 283. A few blue-inked marginal notes to p. 121. No other faults found, but because of the highlighting, internally rates only good-. On balance, a good+ copy, suitable as an affordable study copy of this important academic work. |
