The 1952 edition was the first in book form, after the original series of 16 booklets issued from 1931-2. | Original cloth in vgc+ condition, with light rubbing to extremities of spine hinges and minimal traces to outer corners of boards. Gilt diagram and titling to front board and gilt titling to spine still bright and strong. Binding remains strong. Rear free endpapers with upside-down plain-pencilled price. Rear paste-down with tiny plain-pencilled scribble. No markings found to any printed page, and no other faults found. An excellent clean copy overall. |
