Condition: Original black cloth in near-fine condition for its age, with minimal rubbing to extremities of spine hinges and tips of outer corners of boards; gilt titling to spine still clear. In vgc dj with price-clipped front flap, light chipping to tops of flap-folds, 1 cm tear to top edge of rear panel near spine; and a few small droplet stains to front panel. Plain-pencilled bookseller notes to lower outer margin of title page, and plain-pencilled number to rear paste-down, but no permanent markings or other faults found, just a few minor corrected dog-ears to upper outer corners.
