Pagination: [2] + [pp. 183-395]. This was for continuity from the separate Volume I in the series. No pages are missing. Original turquoise card covers in vgc+ condition, with moderate rubbing to lower inner corner of rear cover, else near-fine, with just light traces of edge-wear elsewhere, but no obvious creasing. Comb itself intact, with all prongs present. Internally near-fine, with all pages present and securely bound, and no deliberate markings found. Tiny trace of black ink smudging towards foot of p. 239; minor thumb-staining to inner margin of p. 311. A rare early impression with the original cover design and binding style, in excellent condition for its age
