Foulsham & Co., 4 Pilgrim Street, Ludgate Hill, E.C. 1910 £85 Dated 1910 to the title page in print, certifying this to be the true first edition Original small-format decorated full green cloth in vgc, with light rubbing to extremities of spine and outer corners of boards; spine title relatively faded. The book remains solidly bound. Internally near-fine, with no previous owner markings found at all, and paper in generally excellent, clean condition for its age, with just a few tiny stains of no real consequence, e.g. tiny black ink stain to outer margin of p. 10; and a tiny 3mm edge-tear to leaf comprising pp. 19-20, which leaf is very slightly creased. A near-excellent copy of the rare first edition.
