Gilt titling to spine only slightly faded, still reasonably strong for age. Top edge of page block stained dark green, as issued. Ffep with former owner’s underlined signature in dark ink. Short blue-inked marginal line to p. 165, but no other permanent markings found. Erasable plain-pencilled marginal brackets and sometimes also annotations to pp. 12-14 and 16-17. No other markings or faults found. Still a very good copy overall despite the one short blue-inked marginal line to a single page. A rare and sought-after historical study.
