[1] It would appear that publication was suspended for two years in 1903 and 1904 if this volume identifications for 1905 to 1907 as Volumes 6, 7 and 8 are correct. However, the volume numbering for 1908 and 1909 is scatty and inconsistent, with 1908 being sometimes Volume 8, other times Volume 9, while 1909 is sometimes Volume 10, others Volume 11. Then both 1910 and 1911 are Volume 12; 1912 is usually Volume 13 but occasionally again Volume 12; 1913 is sometimes Volume 14 and others Volume 13; and from 1914 onwards the Volume numbers always match the calendar years within the new century.

[2] There appears to have been no Number 9 issued this year, as a result of Number 8 being counted as a double issue
