The lettering to both front board and spine remains strong and bright. Small stain towards lower outer corner of front paste-down. Endpapers slightly toned. Ffep with vintage miniature Watkins Books address label, and separate former owner’s plain-pencilled presentation notice. Small dark-inked astrological notes alongside Table I on p. 28, which also has faint plain-pencilled notes to lower margin. Small additional figures added in dark ink between columns of Table III on p. 40, which also has faint plain-pencilled notes to lower margin. Very occasional faint plain-pencilled mark-up to some other pages, but a generally clean copy of the rare first edition.
