pb Jennings, Eleanor Values in Astrology 1st The Aquarian Press, 1719 Ravenna Boulevard, Seattle 1926 £50 72pp + [1] + [3 pages of advertisements]. Complete thus. Original card covers in good- condition. Spine sound, but covers are brittle and have considerable marginal chipping, especially where they originally overhung the lie of the book block. Please see main picture of front cover, which is particularly affected at upper and inner outer corners as shown; and gallery photo of rear cover, which shows minor loss to upper outer corner as pictured; aside from the marginal chipping, there are a few short edge-tears, including a closed one to the inner margin of the front cover. Light chipping to upper outer corners of first few internal leaves too, far from text, and minimally to lower outer corners of same. Half-title page with tiny (droplet-sized) red stain, and separate faint old plain-pencilled notes. No markings found to any printed page. Externally good-; internally vgc-; overall, a good+ copy of this very scarce booklet by the some-time editor of the American title Science and Astrology magazine. Price factors in rarity and condition
