hb Hazelrigg, John Astrosophic Principles 1st thus Llewellyn Publications Ltd., Los Angeles, California 1948 £55 After the rare original edition of 1917 Original full pebbled dark blue cloth in vgc for age, with moderate rubbing to extremities of spine and along spine hinges; light rubbing to outer corners of boards and parts of edges of boards; small bump to outer edges of both boards. Originally gilt titling relatively faded to both front board and spine, as usual with this edition. Internally near-fine, with no deliberate previous owner markings or other faults found. Slip-of-a-plain-pencil mark to lower margin of p. 77. Possible tiny droplet ink stain to lower margin of p. 58, but could just be foxing, of which traces are occasionally apparent elsewhere. Minor binding strain between pp. 28 and 29, as usual on this edition, but cords holding; and occasional partial hinge separation elsewhere, but nothing serious. Overall, this is a vgc+ copy: externally very good; internally near-fine
