This edition has become highly collectible. | ASSOCIATION COPY. Original full imitation leather cloth in near-fine condition, with minor bumping to upper outer corners of boards, and minimal hints of rubbing to tips of outer corners if you look closely. Trace of a pale stain to part of front board (pictured). [NB: the apparent red mark to the top of the spine in the main picture is not wear. It is just a glimpse of the red bookmark ribbon that was bound in with all copies of this book, sitting on top of the book.] The gilt titling to the spine remains strong and bright. The gilt to the top edge is still complete. The page-edges are very clean for their age, with the tiniest hint of staining to lower outer corner of page block. Period finely printed address label for [Olivia] Barclay, advertising her Qualifying Horary / Mundane Correspondence Course, adhered to inside of rear board, making this copy an appealing association copy for fans of Olivia’s work. Internally fine, with no markings or faults found to any page. Errata slip and 3-panel fold-out fixed star table laid in loose at rear, as issued. |
